Swift by Sumo started with one idea: that fast food should be food worth slowing down for. We took the techniques and flavors we love from across Asia and built them around the rhythm of Oslo.

We opened our first counter inside Oslo Central Station because that's where the city moves through. A place where a commuter, a tourist and a local can all eat something genuinely good without breaking stride. Every recipe on the menu has been tuned, tasted and re-tuned until it works just as well at the desk as on the train.
We're a small team. We cook with care, and we're just getting started.
